- skip the preamble → an introductory statement in a document that explains its purpose and underlying philosophy
- skip qualification
- skip backstory
- skip thinking out loud
Make your point and zip it
- State your heart of the message
- End your talking turn
- Give them a chance to talk (look for head nods and non-verbal cues)
Finish just under time
- Asked for 30 minute finish in 28 minute
